What we cannot help with

We are not a retailer or a repair service, so we cannot help with orders, deliveries, refunds or warranty claims. Contact the retailer you bought from or the manufacturer directly; our warranty guide explains your rights under UK consumer law.

Many faults can be fixed at home: try our lost suction and not charging guides first.
